Clean rooms with modern facilities, comfortable beds, and a tasty breakfast. The hotel location is convenient with easy transportation access, free parking, and situated in the center of this beautiful city. The staff was helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted us during our late check-in and arranged an early breakfast for our departure.

Located conveniently in the heart of a small shopping center, this hotel has the perfect location for shopping and food options. the modern rooms and nice bathrooms are very impressive. Staff provided excellent customer service, and breakfast was good with enough options to choose from. the hotel also offers a beautiful view of the nearby mountains and ravines.

The air conditioning in the room is centrally controlled, and it can feel stuffy at times, especially with four people in the room.

The hotel had free parking and a nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from. the location was within walking distance to various shops and amenities, making it convenient for travelers.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly and it made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. the noise from the nearby street was also a disturbance, making it difficult to relax.

We spent our Christmas vacation at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was well-appointed and clean with comfortable beds, and we had a great view of the surrounding scenery. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options that catered to different dietary needs. The parking was convenient and secure, and the hotel's proximity to the shopping complex was a bonus.

Nothing to fault.

This place is fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. And what's even better is that it's situated on top of a small shopping center. This really came in handy for me because I was able to do some shopping for a picnic the next day without having to go far. I loved being able to relax on the terrace of the bar/restaurant and watch the hustle and bustle of the street below. The staff here are top-notch, always ready to assist with anything you may need. The receptionist was particularly amazing, speaking excellent English and going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I could tell that she genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.
